In response to God's majestic glory
shown in Romans 11:33-36,
we must submit ourselves to Him.
Two Kinds of Commands
Romans 12:1-2
Body (Romans 12:1)
Mind (Romans 12:2)
1) I urge you to
present your bodies
2) (You) do not be conformed ... but
(You) be transformed by renewing of your mind
I urge you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies a living and holy sacrifice, acceptable to God, which is your spiritual service of worship. (Romans 12:1 NASB).
And do not be conformedto this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect. (Romans 12:2)
