After taking a general check-up, we will share why we think you can run this race against lusts and win. We will even highlight what keeps most people from winning and understand the layout of the race course.
#2 Get Set: Crossing the Line
The battle is won in the mind! Those that win must have their minds focused on winning. That extra training necessary on winning will be provided here.
#3 Go: Running the Race
Many last minute questions pop up just before the big start. They can be distracting if they are not answered and encouraging if they are. We hope as any good coach to anticipate these challenges and questions.
