BFF Prayer Ministry Matters!

Dear Prayer Partners,

“What is BFF ministry all about?” God has given me all sorts of tasks. The flexibility built into our missionary lives sure comes in handy. Here’s a starter list!

Meet God and pray
Marriage counseling
Fill out business taxes
Introduce BFF’s mission
Video/audio editing
Create graphics and charts
Create video teaching sessions
Book formatting for printing
The final edit of a book
Fiddling with web codes
Write and post articles on the website
Encourage BFF international coordinators
Ten loads of scanning
Shift/sort download files

Staying focused is vital to keep on cranking out relevant and quality training resources for the world! But challenges abound! I recently realized that those books I’ve been trying to complete are sitting untouched. Neither have I launched the specialized online classes I had hoped for. But looking back, I can see many other completed projects.

For example, a fine brother offered to translate one of our books into Chinese, but since it required much reformatting, I had to spend much more time on this project. Also, I needed to re-learn how to make book covers. My good self-publisher was taken over.

I could use a small staff here, especially an editor to catch up on those many editing projects.

During the rush of office events, I appreciate prayers to stay close to the Lord, follow His directions, keep close to my family, and keep an eye on our house repairs.

Praise

God has given additional opportunities to introduce our ministry.
Thankful for insight and my son’s advice on
figuring out how to proceed with switching storage servers for our 100+ GB of training resources.
So thankful that the Chinese version of the Inductive Bible Studies in Titus is now complete. Another project is done!
There is progress on our new mobile site. (Have you visited yet? bffbible.org Some issues still need to be worked out.
Our two sons, Daniel and Isaac, are graduating at the same college ceremony next Thursday. Congratulations to them as they pass this milestone.

Pray:

Pray for the many needs listed above, especially some international coordinators facing significant challenges.
I hope to finish another book by the end of July. Need focus.
Pray for the completion of the new BFF website by this summer.
Pray for Linda’s health and exercise.
Paul and Linda will be speaking on “Legacy in Marriage” on May 19th.
