The mother church first tried renting or even buying a meeting place. This fell through. Places and money were insufficient.
The only other possibility was to meet in a home. We had no contacts in the area. This meant that we had to look for a place that could be both our home and our meeting place. We were excited about this possibility but quickly discovered that there were no first or second story condos for lease in this area.
If we couldn't find a home that was accessible as a church meeting place, what would happen to our plans?
