Our Choice

When we understand the consequences of our choices, then we can accept responsibility for them. "It is my _________ that I worry." "It is because of my poor decisions that I am anxious."

As we begin to understand our part in these worries, we might be shocked. We see what a mess we have made of our lives. We can easily feel that there is no way out. I can't change.

Confession doesn't make any sense until we have accepted our responsibility for our worries.
