I am thankful that all the flights and connections went well. And though tremendously glad the very destructive nearby hurricane didn’t cross the border into Tanzania, Idai left 15000 still needing to be rescued in Mozambique.
We finished the day with a powerful time of personal sharing and praying (See picture).
It was wonderful to see many make it to the beginning of the program and all the seats later taken. I thank the Lord for your prayers that have aided in making everything smooth. The weather has been sunny, and though hot, travel is easier on these red, dusty roads.
Do pray for continued good health as we have no microphone so our voices must project to the back of the new church. Although I could speak less loud (not many understand English), I get so excited that my voice still is vigorously excited.
My theme for these many messages is that we start with what we have. It is always enough. This means, even with failure, that we can start anew and live out the rest of our days to the glory of the Lord. Start where we are but move forward in God’s strength. I am so thankful to our Lord that His message is so good and glorious.
Continue praying for 2-4 messages a day for the next six days that God might wonderful use them to build up his people in these —Paul from Tanzania
